Cocktail Party Appetizers are fashioned artistically and displayed on trays, not passed on platters disguised as a full meal.

Passed Appetizers on Trays (add-on) are a selection with any of the other packages and are usually filled with special occasion Hors D’oeuvres.

Silver Buffet is typically for a small event or luncheon. An ideal menu will include 1 entrée, 2 side dishes and a salad.

The Sterling Silver Buffet is designed for a medium-size afternoon or early evening event with a menu selection of 2 entrees and up to 4 side dishes and salads.

The Gold Service Buffet is the most requested package on our list with a menu of 2 entrees and up to 6 side dishes. Salad and dessert are included.

The Platinum Service Buffet is reserved for those who wish to spoil their guests. Its menu offers a wide range of selections that include the appetizer package. Choose from 2 entrees, 3 side dishes, 2 salads, 2 appetizer platters, 3 passed appetizers and 2 dessert platters!

Private Corporate and Office Catering. Corporate clientele seeking a budgeted catering service will be pleased with our customized menus.
