Please note that this is a condensed outline of our services and prices.  We are more than happy to accommodate special requests, prepare custom menus and fulfill your requests for substitutions.  Whenever possible many items can be made low fat, sugar free, low carb, vegetarian or vegan.  We can also prepare meals in accordance with Atkins, Somersize, or Kosher.  The prices reflected on these menus are subject to change without notice and they will vary according to your exact needs, time of the day, nature of the function, and all other factors that can impact required quantity or menu mix.  Our chefs and event planners can provide you with a range of additional menus and a firm quote.  The banquet prices do not include 18% service charges or applicable sales tax.  A non refundable deposit is requiredGuaranteed attendance is required 10 days prior to the event dateFinal payment is due 3 days prior to event.  Once everything is to your satisfaction you will be provided with detailed event specifications with descriptions and final approved menus.

Appetizers for a Cocktail Party
This package is geared mostly towards artistically displayed trays and platters rather than passed appetizers and full meals.  The final price will reflect the type and quantity of your selection.

Passed Appetizers on Trays (Add-on)
This Passed Appetizers on Trays item is to be selected with any of the other packages.  Our event staff will serve your guests Hors D’ourves on the special occasion.  The final price will reflect the type and quantity of your selection.

Silver Buffet
The Silver Buffet is typically for a small event or luncheon.  When we consult with you about your ideal menu you may choose 1 Entrée, 2 Side Dishes, and 1 Salad.

The Sterling Silver Buffet
The Sterling Silver Buffet is designed for a medium size afternoon or evening event.  When we consult with you about your ideal menu you may choose 2 Entrées, up to 4 Side Dishes and Salads.

Gold Service Buffet
The Gold Service Buffet is by far the most desired package on this list.  When we consult with you about your ideal menu you may choose 2 Entrées, up to 6 Side Dishes, Salads and 1 Dessert.

The Platinum Service Buffet
This package is reserved for those who want to treat their guests with the ultimate best.  This fine choice will offer a good selection of choices and comes with the Appetizers package.  When we consult with you about your ideal menu you may choose from 2 Entrées, 3 Side Dishes, 2 Salads, 2 Appetizer Platters, 3 Passed Appetizers and 2 Dessert Platters.

Private Corporate and Office Catering
Corporate clients who seek a budgeted catering service will find that we offer customized menus to your liking.  Wherever it may be, we offer either full service or delivery for your next corporate event.

Customized Sit Down Dinner Service
By working with you and a chef, we can cater to your wants, needs and desires to create a fabulous dinner that will be sure to impress.  We offer anything to the imagination, which may include a standard served entrée plate to a high scale 6 course dinner with a table side carving service.  A 6 course dinner may be offered to 6 to 150 guests at your corporate headquarters or at your private residence.  The possibilities are endless!

Sterling Silver Wine & Beer Bar Service
We hand select red and white wines and imported and domestic beers to go with your big event.  Water and sodas are included.  Final prices will reflect the type of your selection.

The Gold “Full” Bar Service
The Gold “Full” Bar Service is our most desired bar service package on this list.  Like the Sterling Silver Bar Service package, we hand select the red and white wines and the imported and domestic beers.  However, this package also offers a standard mixed drink service as well.  This includes scotch, whiskey, gin, vodka, tequila, rum, juices, mixers, and the hardware to mix the drinks.  Waters and sodas are automatically included in this selection.

The Platinum “Full” Bar Service
This high end package includes the Gold “Full” Bar Service with an addition of premium liquor choices inclusive of aperitifs and cordials.  This is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser at your lavish event.

Non Alcoholic Beverage Service
Ice cold sodas and bottled waters are offered to guests at your event.  As well, juices, premium imported sparkling waters and teas can also be added for a small charge.

Décor for Buffet
Even if you already have a florist for your event, we can arrange decorations for your buffet that can add that certain extra spark.  Our fresh and lush green floral arrangements will definitely be a breathtaking view.  We will be delighted to match our décor with the color theme of your event.

Event Staff
Given your plans for your event, we will assist you in calculating exactly how many event professionals you will need.  Our servers and bartenders are $25 per hour, our Event Captains are $35 per hour, our on-site cooks are $20 per hour, and our on-site chefs are $35 per hour.  Our staff is well trained, well mannered and professional.  Set-up and Breakdown times are included.

Full Service Delivery, Set-up and Clean-up
This covers the expenses for transportation, auto insurance and extra drive time labor.  The charge to the client is typically $125 for a 100 guest event.  An extra small expense may be added if trash is not allowed to be left at the premises of your event location and must disposed of elsewhere by our staff.

Full Service Rentals
To eliminate hassles, anything may be delivered, set-up and broken down by our staff at your event.  Popular items include tenting, dance floors, wedding arches, special lighting, P.A. systems and red carpets.  We can also arrange the obvious as well:  china, silverware, glassware, linens, tables and seating.  Due to the maintenance of these items we employ a third party to take care of this.  We guarantee the lowest price and hassle free event.  We place the order, set the delivery time, make sure it is all setup for the event, and ensure that all items are returned to the vendor.

High Quality Disposable Accessories
Only high quality polypropylene disposable service items are used at your event.  Colors to match your event will be provided upon request.  We stock 6 Inch Salad/ Dessert Plates, 9 Inch Dinner Plates, Napkins, Plastic Ware, Clear Plastic Wine Glasses and Champagne Flutes as well as Hot/ Cold Cups and Coffee Cups.  Depending on your exact needs, the price is about $1.50 Per Person for food service items and $1.50 Crystalline Barware.

Event Production/ Service Charge
Depending on the size and type of event, we typically prepare a couple days prior to your special occasion.  This includes menu creation, walk-throughs, purchasing and stocking raw ingredients, kitchen prep and butchering, as well as maintaining our main commissary kitchen to prepare the bulk of your event.  Liability insurance is also a factor.  These charges are automatic but our management team is available to discuss these matters.  The basic charge remains at 15% - 18%.
